Pumped!

We have a new food stand that just opened up! Haven't tried it yet.

When I have told other people {Americans} about my water intake increase, the response has been over good! Most people have said how good it is to be drinking more water
and how they themselves probably don't get enough, etc.
Today, I mentioned it to my boss and she said
"You shouldn't drink so much! Too much water is not good for your body!"
So that got me to thinking, and I did research on the subject...
I found that there are {like with most things} differing opinions on the subject.
Long story short, I am sticking with upping my water intake, but maybe not the 8 bottles a day I was doing {Its kinda starting to get in the way of class anyway....all that running to the bathroom!}
I have been feeling better, more alert, less hungry, better able to do my workouts. I need more water anyway because I am back to working out and doing PT etc.
As I was thinking along these lines, I remembered that the main reason why I started drinking more
was really not about weight loss at all!
It was about re-hydrating my discs!
And then it hit me.....
My back didn't hurt!
I hurt everywhere right now...my muscles are screaming out from being used again after being given a break for far too long. But added to that pain this time is not my normal pain of my 'car with one bad strut' spine! In that moment I realized that all day my back had not hurt!
I actually teared up!
Not only is my body handling the work outs, but my back is doing more then just coping it is doing WELL with it all! Sure, when I sit wrong {like I am right now....gotta move!} or when I bend, or twist the wrong way etc...there is still a twinge of pain.
But my daily pain number has gone way down! Today, it was a 0!
What a far cry from the 10+ it was just last month when I feared I would
have to board a plane and head back to the Mitt for surgery!
No Pain
#ItsTheSmallThings

I recorded myself doing my modified burpees and a set of sit ups followed by straight leg lifts. My plan had been to share my progress with anyone that might happen to be reading my blog,

Then I watched the videos.
Trust me, not a pretty sight. You don't want to see that!
But I now have a record of where I am at now. So in a few months, when I have been at this awhile longer, perhaps I can post a current video.

It was rainy and windy today. You can't really see it well here, but the hall is pretty wet.
小心一点儿!!
