And then there's a day!

It was beautiful today!

I wish I had gone out more, but I wanted to sleep in first, so sleep in late I did, and didn't know it was going to be so sunny and clear!

It has been so dull and chilly and rainy lately!
Didn't know that today would not be hoodie weather, but instead T-shirt weather!! It was crazy!

But I did get to go out for a bit to get my lunch, before it was time to settle down and do my homework.
Still have more to do tomorrow, but I got a fair bit tackled today!

It was an ice cream type of day! Most of the people out on campus had cones of some sort,
though a good portion of them were eating the 2 kuai Macha ice cream cones...
I don't like green tea ice cream!
But I do like this chocolate cone that comes pre-wrapped at any one
of the little convenience shops on or off campus.
They are only three kuai and have chocolate ice cream, chocolate around the top, as well as the bottom tip of the cone is filled with solid chocolate!
So good!

So, because I had enjoyed my ice cream so much, I knew I needed to up my work out for the night.

Tried to do some Tao Bo as my workout, but the video would not load right.
Instead, I chose a play list of 30 minutes and did a random assortment of different things.
Today I didn't feel up to doing 15 of everything, and so I did two sets of 5 modified burpees.

You can hardly see it, but this is my foot print on the door. Its from when I did a handstand {ok, more then one....} to end out my routine. You may remember I tried one back before my disc burst, and I wanted to see if it was still possible!
Not only was I able to do it still, I was actually able to hold it on my own {meaning without the wall to support me or having to have my foot on the top of the door frame} and balance!
I could feel that my abs were working far better now then they were before my disc burst...which is probably why the disc blew so easily too.

I also did 100 sit ups total!
I guess, what I am trying to say is that
today in it of itself
was what made me smile!
