One of the awesome benefits of being a student here, is that I
get assigned the opportunity to share with people
about the important things in my life!
I just finished an essay on someone who had
a struggle {by way of physical disability} in their life and yet remained
steadfast and brave and are an inspiration.
I knew who it would be about the moment I heard our topic.
This paper is about my hero.
Franklin Hepworth!
Franklin Hepworth!
My Grandpa.
It can be hard enough find the right
words to tell his story in
English let alone in a second language!
I hope I did him justice!
#ItsTheLittleThings
For my work out tonight, I did this Zumba video that I found the other night.
There are a few things I have to modify to make it
safe for me, and I dont do the last routine since it
has no music and is harder to follow along with that way.
{I just track back to the first two routines and do those again}
I'm loving it!! It is a great work out and so much fun!
Tonight I also did 50 crunches. 25 at a time!
YES!!
I am getting stronger!
Feeling good!
But I am worn out!
Later y'all!
